SCHOOL IS OUT FOR THE SUMMER!

So now that school is out for the summer and we have survived this crazy year, what can we do to continue improving our communication skills? Unfortunately, during the Covid-19 pandemic, our communication skills have changed tremendously. We have had less interaction with people outside of our family and we have spent more time on Zoom, Skype and other video calls. So what can we do now that we are slowly getting back to some kind of normalcy? Some things that we can start with are: a) Go out with people; even if it is for a walk or something like coffee. b) call someone and talk to them instead of texting. c) volunteer somewhere where socializing is required.

You can also join a local acting class or theater group for the summer. Try to start small. After all, you have almost 3 months to prepare for the fall.
